1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Showroom ("the Service"), operated by Frequency AI Ltd trading as Cashew Crate, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Showroom is a collaborative HTML prototype gallery. You can upload .html files, organize them into galleries, preview them in a resizable split pane, and share galleries with your team via invite links or email invitations. Gallery data is stored securely via encrypted connections.

3. Accounts

You may need to create an account to upload files and manage galleries. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating your account. Viewing shared galleries does not require an account.

4. Free and Pro Plans

The Service offers a free tier and a paid Pro tier. Free users can create up to 3 galleries with 10 files each (1 MB per file), invite up to 3 members, and galleries expire after 30 days. Pro users get up to 20 galleries with 50 files each (5 MB per file), 10 members per gallery, no expiry, and an ad-free experience. Pricing is as displayed on the pricing page.

5. Payments and Refunds

Payments are processed through Polar. Subscriptions renew monthly unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. For refund requests, email [email protected] with your order number and a description of the issue.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to: uploading malicious content, automated scraping, attempting to access other users' data, reverse engineering the Service, or using the Service for any illegal purpose. Do not upload sensitive data, credentials, or proprietary third-party content without authorization.

7. Content

Uploaded content belongs to its creators. You retain ownership of all HTML files and content you upload. Cashew Crate may remove content that violates these terms. Free-tier galleries may be deleted after 30 days of inactivity.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Frequency AI Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
